Meet speakers and special guests

Louisa Carter (Naturopath + Massage + Yoga and Fitness instructor)

Louisa has been a practicing as a qualified Naturopath since 2007, she is dedicated to helping women optimise their health. Louisa’s unique set of qualifications and experience is seen in the way she supports the individual needs of each woman and the life stage they are in.


Louisa loves helping women feel their best - energised, calm, clear-headed, and positive. “I believe that your health and wellbeing is the essential foundation to allowing you to live your life fully.”

Working with a broad range of clients in both public health and private practice, Louisa likes to meet each client where they are at, aiming to understand each person’s unique health goals and establishing a realistic and effective treatment strategies. Passionate about the powder of food as medicine, Louisa utilises dietary strategies whenever possible while also drawing on herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, mindfulness and movement based practices, creating a truly holistic and personalised treatment tailored to the client’s needs.
