Meet speakers and special guests

Tania Dalton

Tania is a 55-year-old Midlife Women’s Health Coach, Workplace Menopause Trainer, Personal Trainer, and positive ageing advocate. She works online throughout Australia and internationally, partnering with women over 50 to help them reinvent their health and thrive confidently in their new era.

Through Tania’s Beautiful Midlife Personalised REINVENT Health Coaching, she empowers women to regain confidence they may have lost during their menopause transition, moving from merely surviving to truly thriving. Her comprehensive system helps women identify what no longer serves them, gain clarity on their unique health vision, and create an enjoyable lifestyle that enables them to become their healthiest, happiest, and most beautiful selves.

Personally, Tania struggled through menopause but ultimately found it an immensely transformative experience. She has now achieved a healthy, balanced lifestyle, while also stepping out of her comfort zone to realise her 30-year dream of completing a marathon in her late 40s, followed by a 140.6 Ironman triathlon in her 50s.Tania's passion lies in reshaping the narrative around ageing and menopause, inspiring women to reinvent their approach to the ageing process. Her mission is to empower women to look and feel their absolute best at any age.
