1. Building Strong Friendships After Fifty
November 13, 7.00pm - 8.30pm AEDT (6.00pm - 7.00pm AEST, 4:00pm - 5:30pm AWST)

Life after fifty can be a time of incredible personal growth, but it can also bring changes to our social circles. Once effortless friendships might require more intention, new connections might be challenging to forge. This workshop acknowledges that navigating friendships in this new chapter can be tricky but also incredibly rewarding.

This workshop delves into the whole topic of friendship: How many friends do you need? What role do they play in your life? How long does it take to make new friends, and what is ‘the liking gap’?

Through interactive exercises and engaging discussions, you'll learn tools for strengthening existing bonds and fostering new connections with like-minded women, engaging in meaningful communication and ultimately cultivating a rich network of support and connection that enriches your journey.

2. The Beauty of Owning Your Own Day
November 20, 7.00pm - 8.30pm AEDT (6.00pm - 7.00pm AEST, 4:00pm - 5:30pm AWST)

Now that you have more time for the things you love, have you ever wondered how much is too much of a good thing? Do you wonder whether you spend too much time on the couch watching TV, reading a book or scrolling on social media? Do you feel too busy – without enough time for the important things? Maybe you just feel unsure whether you should be doing more or slowing down. Many women over fifty re-organise how they spend their time, but the process can be a bit unnerving. This workshop delves into the challenges of managing time effectively in this life stage.

This workshop will empower you to reclaim control of your schedule and create a more fulfilling daily experience. We'll explore practical time management techniques tailored to women over fifty. The focus will be on identifying time wasters, setting realistic goals, and prioritising activities that align with your aspirations. By managing your time effectively, you'll be free to pursue your passions, nurture relationships, and ultimately design fulfilling days that lead to a vibrant life.

3. Unearthing Your Inner Courage After Fifty
November 27, 7.00pm - 8.30pm AEDT (6.00pm - 7.00pm AEST, 4:00pm - 5:30pm AWST)

Life after fifty can be a time of incredible personal growth, but it can also bring moments that require a leap of faith. Perhaps you want to pursue a long-held dream, navigate a career change, get ready to retire or step outside your comfort zone. The problem? Fear and self-doubt can hold us back.

This workshop will empower you to embrace courage and overcome limiting beliefs.
